Rant: parenting June 18 of 2014
okay here let me start by explain what happen on one of the many pages i admin on a fan send in a rant
"I have a rant my ex husband picked his week vacation coming off of his visitation weekend and he's trying to take my weekend as well he said his vacation doesn't start til Monday I have letters from my lawyer stating that your custody weekend should b included in your 7 day vacation so I said to him his vacation would start on Saturday and I will pick them up Friday at 6 when my weekend starts and he said no he's keeping them his weekend and mine we had a long argument about this I even showed him the letters from my lawyers stating his vacation is only 7 days it can either be Saturday to Friday or Monday to Sunday I informed him if he don't give the children back I will call the cops he said go right ahead they wont do anything and he said he wont be home Friday either rpb"

the comment that followed i was shock to see they was not helping at all they was more like so whom cares let me tell you guys something a court order is just that a court order you have to obey the order any one that has deal with one are has been on propitiation knows this not listening to the court order can lead to very bad stuff like jail fines and so much more and add on top of this the so whom cares there are many time the other parent goes to do this and they are just using the kid to hide there true colors look good for someone are something that dont give them the right to not listen to the court order and do what they want a court order is put in place for reason and if a child is not return when they should be it can be kidnapping and an amber alert can be issued and the other party will have to see a judge for kidnapping and going ageist court order yes a court order is just a paper and you have to enforce it but if you contact the authorities it will be enforced and to treat something like it is nothing to someone that feels as if it is something is not nice and honestly rude and is one reason people lean to suicide and have people think of suicide if you dont have nothing nice to say dont say it set an example for the next generation we have lost the since of respect we once was and forgot our words are powerful and if you are in this type of hole safe EVERYTHING and i do mean everything whom to say if they will do it again and anything dealing with court you always need proof and always keep in contact wit your lawyer if you have a good lawyer you wont be screwed over and kids have to be return when the court order says if there is no a court order will you have no say and need to file for a custody case and proof why you thing the order should be what you think it should i do not understand why people are like this and why they must do this to make them feel better about them self and there life's but i guess that what we call balance and we need all types to make the world go round if you see someone in need of help are need an ear to listen pleas be supportive if you are not going to be less give truthful helpful information if you can not do this please move a long thank you

I have to agree with you! There's nothing that pisses me off more than someone who is feeling down or in trouble and just needs someone to listen and people go off on them about how they're a bad parent when they've done nothing wrong. All the person did was say that she wanted her kids back when the court order said. They are her kids as well! If the court order says he needs to give them back, and she has physical custody, there's reason behind it! People need to quit thinking that people who want what's best for their kids are pieces of shit. Because, they aren't. I gave this woman advice and I hope she follows it. There's nothing more stupid than an ex husband using his kids against his ex wife.
ReplyDeletei agree with you i have seen it happen too many times that the other party uses there kids ageist the ex as a way to many times and it is sad kids are not a tool and there is a reason for the court order
