Lilith's story

This is the story of Lilith. As short as it may be, the impact was huge and the lesson learned. But to understand Lilith's story, you would have to understand that her mother got Essure 2011 and was 100% blocked long before her story started. She had many medical issues and didn't know what was causing them. Lilith's dad was working at a factory where they were trying to keep him at the factory all the time.

Lilith's story starts on a cold summer night in June of 2013 when her mother started having cravings for Taco Bell. At first she didn't think anything of it, but after a week her dad looked at her mom and said "You are pregnant". Her mom, believing the what the doctors had told her about Essure and knowing her confirmation test was 100% blocked, she fought and said no way got mad at her dad for saying that her dad keep saying it over and over then her mom goes to prove her husband wrong. She went on the internet and found a Facebook page and many other websites that said just what her husband was saying. That there was still a chance of pregnancy and all of her health problems could be tied to Essure. There were many others like herself, so she bought some pregnancy tests. All  through August the tests would come up negative and yet, no period. Then, one day in September, she was in so much pain she couldn't move, couldn't even breathe. Her husband had to get off work and take her to the Emergency Room. While at the Emergency room they gave her an ultrasound. It said that yes, she was pregnant. However, a blood test showed she was in the middle of a miscarriage. A CAT scan showed the Essure coil that was perfectly placed in 2011, was no longer in the tube and the tube was no longer blocked. The doctors pushed for her to get a hysterectomy. When husband went to work the next day, he lost his job because he had left the factory to take her to the Emergency Room. Things were hard. They lost jobs, a child and she needed surgery.

Even though Lilith was a miscarriage she showed her mother the ugly truth of Essure and put her on the path to get healthy and even though her dad lost his job, they push for the truth, the ugly truth of Essure, to be shown. That everyone who goes in to get Essure knows just because you are unable to have kids, now doesn't mean that everything will be the same next year or even the next day. Doctors need to know more about the product they use on their patients. Life is too short and Lilith's ended before it had a chance to start. Please be aware of the stuff that happens to you and please stand up to this hell no one should go through.
